So today I got the worst texts ever. My best friend, Beemeth, passed away after fighting the good fight against cancer. He's been my best friend since we first met in college. It's really hard to even talk about this since I really have no words to explain how I feel. It really hasn't even hit me as far as realizing that's he's gone. All I do know is, I hope to see him in the future.

Women have to be narcissists? Really, I don't care. The long conversations about how your day went, why blah blah blah is being weird around you, how you think you've been used. Then you guys get all weird when I just tell you how it is. WTF?! I'm the guy not trying to get in your pants and you make excuses of why the guy in question is acting the way he is.

Well, my beloved Netherlands lost every single game of their group. So the Oranje are out, so this allows me to focus not with my heart but with my head as far as who is going to win the Euro 2012. I believe Germany will be Champions of Europe this time around here is why.

1. The players are the team basically play in the same clubs.
Real Madrid: Mesut Ozil and Samir Khedira
Borrusia Dortmund: Mario Goetze, Mats Hummels, and Kevin Grosskreutz
Bayern Munich: Mario Gomez, Bastian Schweinsteiger, Manuel Neur, Phillip Lahm, Thomas Mueller, Badstuber, Jerome Boatang, and Toni Kroos
Arsenal: Lukas Podolski and Per Mertasacker

2. They play flowing football: Just watching the German team play the free flowing style against Holland made me realize Holland wasn't even close to their level. Seeing Schweinsteiger open constantly to give the through ball to Gomez had me pulling my hair out. Even though Holland had a terrible defense the Germans were just that good they could've done that with a tougher defense.

3. They're now experienced: The Germans have made it to last Euro's Final only to be taken out by a Spanish team with an in form Torres. Then in the 2010 World Cup they were again taken out by an in form Spain in the semi-final. Spain had constantly been in form those two huge competitions. This time around Spain looks old and not as fast and free flowing as before while Germany have their team in form. The young players that gave Spain a hard time now look miles ahead of them.

There are plenty of other reasons I believe Germany will take this cup but there's just way too much to list.
